Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note: wedding garments, including Sherwani, Waistcoat, Prince Coat and bridal dresses, are not eligible for return.
Gift cards are also non-returnable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and tell you whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method within the applicable processing period.
Late or missing refunds
First check your bank account again, then contact your card company and bank because processing times can vary. If you have completed these steps and still have not received the refund, email orders@myrung.co.uk.
Exchanges
We replace items only when they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email orders@myrung.co.uk and send the item to: 66 Seymour Grove, Old Trafford, Manchester, M16 0LN.
Shipping returns
Mail returns to 66 Seymour Grove, Old Trafford, Manchester, M16 0LN. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return-shipping cost may be deducted from it.
Exchange delivery times vary by location. For more expensive items, consider a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of a returned item.
